About this role...… Billing Operations Reconcile billing data to ensure accuracy; investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement timely resolutions. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of invoices and billing records within set timeline. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across countries and time zones within APAC to validate billing inputs and ensure compliance with client agreements. Client Operations Support in ensuring B2B accounts are set-up and administered efficiently and effectively. Supporting effective management of client relationships. Identify and support investigation and resolution issues and problems & complaints. Learn, maintain and document information and processes of B2B accounts. Work with Client Operations Account Managers to acquire and maintain expert knowledge of all aspects of B2B accounts. Maintain a strong awareness of good practice business processes and policy compliance. Support Client Operations Team in providing detailed information on B2B accounts. Prepare reports on regular basis. Perform ad-hoc project as assigned. You might fit for the role if you have...… Degree in Business Administration or related discipline. Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in similar operations role, experience in billing, project management or Sales Support/Administration is a plus. Familiarity with billing processes, including invoice validation, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliation will be an advantage. Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when reviewing data and identifying inconsistencies, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability. Excellent inter-personal, customer servicing and problem-solving skills. Displays assertiveness and initiative, with a methodical and detail-oriented approach. Highly organized in work procedures Proficient in computer applications, especially MS Excel (e.g. vlookup, pivot table) Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua). Proficiency in Japanese or prior experience working with Japanese companies is a strong plus
