Job Description About the Role As a Graduate Therapist at Aspect, you will: Deliver evidence-informed, person-centred therapy Support autistic individuals to build practical life skills Work collaboratively with a supportive team Partner with families, carers, and the wider community Build your caseload gradually with strong supervision Your Graduate Program Includes Structured onboarding and learning modules Joint and shadow sessions to build confidence Webinar series covering latest evidence-based practice Training in child protection, safeguarding, and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Individualised supervision (clinical + operational) tailored to your needs Ongoing professional development (approx. $1,000 per year FTE) Qualifications About You You are: In your final year (or recently completed) a degree in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy Eligible for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or AHPRA registration Passionate about supporting autistic individuals and their families A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively Willing to travel locally (driver’s licence and own vehicle required – KMs reimbursed) You will also require: NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check (relevant state) NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete) Click here to view the position profile.
