GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Coordinate Head Start program in the classroom and home for children, parents, and staff and provide educational experiences in the classroom setting utilizing the concept of team teaching.
Education Requirements: Associates Degree in Early Child Hood Education.

  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all children in the classroom.
  • Work closely with parents to provide educational resources and support that can be used at home to reinforce classroom learning.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and encourages children to explore and learn at their own pace.
  • Utilize technology and other resources to enhance classroom learning and engage children in new and exciting ways.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of your program and make adjustments as needed to ensure that children are receiving the best possible education
