YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC Trung học cơ sở (6/12) cho đến Trung học phổ thông (12/12) ĐIỀU KIỆN CÔNG VIỆC: Làm việc theo 3 ca luân phiên hoặc giờ hành chánh theo nhu cầu công việc, trong môi trường máy lạnh CÔNG VIỆC VÀ TRÁCH NHIỆM: 1. Làm việc trong quy trình sản xuất khi có yêu cầu (75%) 1.1 Thực hiện công việc chính xác, có tính lặp lại trong quy trình sản xuất qui mô lớn 1.2 Kiểm tra công việc đảm nhận phù hợp với yêu cầu chất lượng 1.3 Kết quả công việc phải phù hợp với “Workmanship Standards” và tuân theo các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng 1.4 Đạt được và duy trì chứng nhận PQS cho công việc chính thức 1.5 Hiểu biết về các hoạt động của các công đoạn trước và sau 2. Vai trò là thành viên trong Ban quản lí hiệu quả để đạt được mục tiêu ( 20% ) 2.1 Đạt được mục tiêu và mục đích phòng ban. 2.2 Thực hiện các hướng dẫn và các quy trình chặt chẽ trong khi đưa ra các đề xuất cho qua trình cải tiến liên tục 2.3 Trách nhiệm duy trì các yêu cầu về Môi trường làm việc chất lượng trong khu vực đảm nhận và khu vực khác 2.4 Tham dự tất cả khoá huấn luyện khi có yêu cầu 2.5 Học, hiểu và thực hiện tất cả các nội quy về môi trường và an toàn liên quan 3. Thi hành công việc 5% 3.1 Ghi chép chính xác công việc đã thực hiện trên hệ thống 3.2 Nhập dữ liệu số chính xác 3.3 Ghi chép chính xác thời gian thực hiện dự án và/hoặc số công việc 3.4 Lưu trữ tài liệu và thông tin về các đề xuất cho cải tiến liên tục Safety Requirements All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
