Job Description: PayPay is looking for Senior Enterprise Engineer. As a member of our IT Team, you will be responsible for the operation and management of our internal IT infrastructure, user support, and the maintenance and improvement of our systems. Specific responsibilities include: Building, operating, and managing internal systems/SaaS Setting up and troubleshooting PCs and mobile devices Installing, configuring, and updating software Responding to and supporting internal user IT-related inquiries Managing IT assets and licenses Implementing and monitoring security measures Planning, executing, and managing IT projects Required Skills and Experiences: 5-8 yrs experience, middle range. Someone who can be hands-on, including basic coding, scripting, testing and deployment. Someone who can actively communicate with stakeholders including Japan team Someone who can drive projects by him/her-self Qualification: Degree in IT-related field or equivalent practical experience Experience in managing SaaS (Google Workspaces, Slack, etc.) Experience in operating and managing Windows and Mac OS devices Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS) Programming or scripting skills Operating automated processes by deploying the codes and scripts Strong troubleshooting skills Knowledge of information security measures Excellent communication skills High problem-solving ability and proactive attitude Strong interest in new technologies and a commitment to continuous learning Ability to communicate smoothly with various departments within the company Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergencies Remarks ＊Please note that you cannot apply for PayPay (Japan-based jobs) or other positions in parallel or in duplicate.
