This role focuses on gathering accurate information, identifying potential eligibility for Form I-130 petitions, educating clients on the process, and guiding qualified prospects toward legal consultation and representation. The position serves as a critical bridge between client acquisition and legal services, ensuring a positive client experience while supporting the firm's growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial intake and discovery calls with prospective clients. Gather and verify family relationship information. Identify potential eligibility for family-based immigration petitions. Explain the general immigration process and required documentation. Follow up with prospective clients regarding consultations and retainers. Assist in collecting supporting documentation. Maintain accurate CRM records and case notes. Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and support departments. Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients. Support individual and team conversion goals. Required Knowledge Basic understanding of Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative). Understanding of qualifying family relationships. Knowledge of immigration documentation requirements.
