Immigration Paralegal – U Visa Cases Tech Americas Colombia Job Title: Immigration Paralegal – U Visa Cases Location: Home Office Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal with hands-on experience handling U-Visa (Form I-918) cases to support a U.S. immigration law firm. The role focuses on post-submission case management, client communication, and preparing documentation for USCIS review. Key Responsibilities Review humanitarian case files during the post-submission phase to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare and organize USCIS forms including G-28, I-765, I-192, and I-918. Contact clients to request missing documents and supporting evidence. Conduct client interviews to gather case information and draft supporting declarations. Organize case binders and prepare submission packages for USCIS review. Monitor case progress and maintain accurate documentation within case management systems. Requirements Fluent English (C1) Experience handling U-Visa (I-918) immigration cases. Strong knowledge of USCIS processes and documentation requirements. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience communicating with clients and managing case documentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.
