The Portage la Prairie School Division is committed to providing excellent educational programs to help students learn and mature. The Division believes strongly in the concept of community and promotes the provision of appropriate programs to meet the varied needs of students in regular classrooms from neighbourhood schools.
The Division is approximately 50 minutes from Winnipeg and 1,500 square kilometers in size. We have about 3,500 students in Kindergarten to Grade 12 and provide teachers and programs to schools on 9 area Hutterite colonies.
The successful candidate will teach grade 2/3 on a 50% FTE basis at Fort la Reine School and Phys.Ed. and Music on a 50% FTE basis at Crescentview School.
