Description The Trim Coil Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the trim coil production line to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role is responsible for machine setup, operation, quality inspections, material handling, and maintaining production standards while supporting overall manufacturing goals. Responsibilities Operate and monitor trim coil production equipment safely and efficiently. Perform machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers as required. Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Monitor production output and identify quality or operational issues. Load and unload coils and materials for production. Complete production reports, quality checks, and required documentation. Assist with inventory control, material movement, and production support activities. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns. Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and operational procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and customer demands. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous machine operator, manufacturing, or production experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Ability to read work orders, production schedules, and measurement tools. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Forklift experience preferred.
