Job Purpose: To provide strategic leadership in the planning and execution of multimedia initiatives that advance QF's brand and communication objectives by developing a multimedia strategy that integrates emerging technologies, supports cross- platform story telling and enhances audience engagement. Key Result Areas: Oversee multimedia project execution from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, strategic alignment with organizational goals, and adherence to quality standards. Develop and implement a multimedia strategy aligned with QF's marketing and communications objectives, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing audience impact. Lead the creative process, from ideation to development and execution, ensuring content aligns with campaign messaging and broader strategic priorities. Ensure immersive and emerging technologies (AR/VR, 360° ) are incorporated into campaigns from the outset, fostering innovation and keeping projects at the forefront of industry trends. Manage production schedules, task allocation, and resource prioritization, adapting timelines based on urgency and strategic importance. Oversee production workflows, regularly reviewing and updating processes to maintain efficiency, compliance, and alignment with industry best practices. Prepare tender documents, manage contracts in compliance with QF policies, and oversee the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to ensure efficient financial and operational management. Make informed decisions on project direction, vendor selection, and budget allocation, balancing priorities to achieve optimal outcomes. Delegate decision-making where appropriate, providing oversight and guidance to empower the team while maintaining accountability. Mentor and guide the multimedia team to foster professional growth, skill development, and a collaborative work environment. Encourage innovation and experimentation within the team, promoting a culture that embraces creativity and calculated risk-taking. Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, events, and other stakeholders to ensure multimedia content supports integrated campaign strategies. Collaborate with external agencies to ensure strategic alignment, creative quality, and adherence to project requirements. Foster a culture of open communication, enabling quick resolution of challenges and encouraging cross­functional teamwork. Ensure all multimedia content meets QF's branding guidelines, quality benchmarks, and audience engagement objectives. Monitor project and team performance, setting clear objectives, providing constructive feedback, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of multimedia outputs, using insights to inform future strateqies and content planninq. Anticipate and address complex production challenges, including technical, creative, and resource-related issues, to ensure smooth execution. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact timelines, quality, or strategic goals. Implement process improvements and policy adjustments that enhance operational efficiency and problem­solving capabilities. Stay informed on emerging industry tools and trends, proactively integrating them to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation. Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communications, Digital Media, Film, Journalism, or related field. 8-10 years of full-time experience in multimedia production, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of developing and executing strategies aligned with organizational objectives Strong expertise in video production, emerging media technologies (AR/VR/360° ), asset management systems, and cloud-based collaboration tools. Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation, project management, and translating goals into actionable multimedia plans. Skilled in vendor management, contract negotiation, and fostering collaborative relationships across internal teams and external partners Proven ability to lead and mentor creative and production teams, driving innovation and ensuring high-quality outputs. Advanced communication skills, including report preparation, creative briefs, and presenting complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences; Proficiency Arabic is an advantage. Data-driven mindset with the ability to define and track KPis to inform strategy and measure impact. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
