Description
Key Result Areas: Gather and interpret data to inform strategic priorities and performance improvement through data analysis methods. Convert strategic goals into measurable departmental targets and work plans, including KPIs. Coordinate and document cross-functional projects to ensure efficient project planning and timely delivery of tasks. Keep project management systems, tools, reports, and templates updated for consistency and visibility. Track progress and identify issues early to support effective decision-making and ensure effective monitoring of milestones and risks. Compile and analyze data to track institutional and departmental results by utilizing performance dashboards. Support the preparation of Quarterly Reports & Presentations, and performance summaries for leadership review. Prepare clear reports and materials to aid strategic discussions and decisions. Maintain accurate governance records and documentation for compliance and accountability. Assist the Strategy Director with tasks aligned to strategic goals and priorities. Other reasonable tasks as assigned by Supervisor. Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Strategic Management, or related field. 6-8 years of relevant full-time work experience in strategic planning, performance monitoring, or project coordination, preferably within public or nonprofit sectors. Basic understanding of strategic frameworks, project lifecycles, and performance management. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet). Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an asset. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments. Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
