Contract Period: From 15 November 2025 to 14 November 2026, or for 1 year commencing from the next working day upon the issuance of the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) via GeBIZ, whichever is later.

• Option to Extend: The Contractor grants the Authority the option to extend the Contract for a further period of 1 year.

Working Hour:

• Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

• Support the development of interactive resources (offline and online) that may include motion graphics, animation (2D/3D), video and photo, graphic and illustrations and etc. for primary and secondary schools’ students.

  Plan and design storyboard

  Maintain hardware for multimedia art
  Personnel may be redeployed for up to 10 working days in a calendar year to perform administrative duties to support branch-wide activities.
  Requirements:
• 
  Diploma in multimedia design or related areas and
• 
  At least 3 months of experience in creating multimedia learning resources using digital tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe AfterEffects

  Programming knowledge for creation of simple interactive resources.

  Candidates with demonstrated experience creating content specifically for high ability students will be given preference.
