Do you want to help launch and scale a high-credibility initiative aimed at dramatically improving how funders evaluate and deploy capital? We are recruiting an Impact Program Lead for a high-impact philanthropic foundation. This is an emerging initiative designed to encourage funders to adopt pre-grant analysis and outcome-based decision-making, with the goal of dramatically increasing the social return of philanthropic giving. The Role We are seeking an Impact Program Lead to focus exclusively on launching and executing the initial rollout of this initiative. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, relationship building, and execution. The Program Lead will report to the CEO and will be responsible for turning the Impact concept into a credible, well-executed pilot. You will own day-to-day execution across partnerships, events, content, and stakeholder coordination, while helping define what success looks like for a potential next phase. What Success Looks Like - Design and execute the initial Impact rollout - Secure and coordinate 3-5 funders or institutions as visible collaborators - Deliver a clear set of tangible outputs (events, tools, templates, write-ups) - Build a community of like-minded funders who will amplify the impact of philanthropy What You'll Do - Lead planning and execution of the Impact rollout, including events, workshops, and supporting materials - Manage timelines, budgets, and vendors, including event production support - Develop practical tools and resources that help funders apply outcome-based thinking - Support outreach and engagement with funders, advisors, and ecosystem partners Who You Are - Comfortable operating with ambiguity and translating ideas into concrete execution - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable under time pressure - Strong written and verbal communicator; able to work with senior stakeholders - Credible with funders and advisors; able to engage as a peer, not just staff - Interested in impact measurement, outcomes, and improving philanthropic effectiveness - Comfortable working independently with light oversight Location: Remote Hours: Full time Timeline: Immediate start preferred Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience Competitive and commensurate with experience.
