About the Role We are looking for a Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Engineer to support a federal data modernization initiative focused on advanced analytics, cloud computing, and business intelligence. You will help design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level data and reporting solutions that improve mission insight and decision-making across large datasets hosted in a secure AWS environment. What You'll Do Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, marts, and visualization layers. Develop dashboards and analytics using Tableau, SAS Viya, and Oracle Analytics Server. Implement and optimize AI/ML and predictive models for analytical decision support. Leverage AWS tools such as S3, Glue, Redshift, and Lambda to manage cloud data workflows. Participate in Agile/DevSecOps teams using GitHub, Jenkins, and OpenShift for CI/CD. Apply data governance, security, and automation best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance usability, data quality, and performance. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence. Proficiency in Databricks, Informatica IICS, SAS Viya, Tableau, Oracle, and AWS services. Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, Groovy, or PL/SQL. Experience in Agile environments and secure DevSecOps practices. U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI/ML knowledge graph, or data governance frameworks. Certifications in AWS, Databricks, or SAS Prior work supporting federal data or analytics programs.
