Responsibilities Define and own frontend architecture for large‑scale e‑commerce solutions Lead technical design and implementation of replatforming initiatives Make architectural decisions focused on performance, scalability, and maintainability Set and enforce frontend best practices and development standards Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver business‑aligned solutions Oversee integrations with headless CMS, payment providers, and third‑party services Review code and provide technical guidance to the engineering team Mentor developers and support their professional growth Stay hands‑on with development where necessary 5+ years of professional experience with React or Vue Strong hands‑on experience with Next.js, Nuxt, Remix, or SvelteKit Deep understanding of SSR, ISR, SSG, and modern rendering strategies Advanced knowledge of TypeScript Experience with build tools: Vite, Turbopack, Webpack Strong CSS experience, including Tailwind CSS Experience with modern state management: Zustand, Jotai, Pinia, React Query Proven expertise in Core Web Vitals and frontend performance optimization Experience with e‑commerce platforms and replatforming or migration projects Knowledge of enterprise‑level integrations (CMS, payments, search, analytics) Hands‑on experience with Vercel, Netlify, or Cloudflare Understanding of serverless and edge computing Leadership experience and ability to mentor and guide engineering teams
