Description

Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Middle+ Manual QA Engineer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities Own functional testing activities for ITSM modules and end-to-end service workflows Create, maintain, and execute test cases, checklists, and regression test suites Validate integrations on a functional level (email notifications, APIs, external systems) Collaborate with BA/PO to clarify requirements and provide early quality feedback Lead defect triage sessions and contribute to risk assessment Provide structured test reporting and communicate quality status to stakeholders Support UAT activities and ensure smooth collaboration with business teams 4+ years of experience in Manual QA Strong experience in test planning, estimation, and reporting Strong skills in test analysis, test design, and test documentation Practical knowledge of ITSM processes and hands-on experience testing service workflows Experience with at least one ITSM tool: SMAX, ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management Ability to work independently and proactively drive testing activities German language proficiency: B2+/C1 English level: B2 or higher
