Schedule: Mon 12p-8p, Tues-Thurs 2p-10p, Sat 8a-4p Full-Time: 40 hours Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour Location: Southbridge, MA Sign On Bonus: $1000 for Full Time and $500 for Part Time employees The Assistant Residential House Manager reports to the Residential House Manager. The assistant is responsible for the general daily care of program individual/service recipients and for primary program service delivery. Essential skills include empathy, compassion, teamwork, striving for excellence, willingness to learn, and a desire for a challenging growth opportunity. The Assistant Residential House Manager will assume the responsibility of the Residential House Manager in their absence. This position will be compensated on an hourly basis. Qualifications: Commitment to assisting people with varying disabilities to participate fully in their community and in their own lives. Varied interests and personal connections in the local community. Proven record of conscientious, responsible behavior (work, volunteer or school history). Ability to work as a creative, engaged, dedicated member of the team. Must be 21+ years old, have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required) and be available by telephone for daily contact.
Responsibilities
The Assistant Residential House Manager is responsible for the general daily care of program individuals/service recipients and for primary program service delivery, reporting directly to the Residential House Manager. This role also requires assuming the responsibilities of the Residential House Manager in their absence.
