About the Role: As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you’ll provide hands-on support and compassionate care to individuals with diverse needs. You’ll play a vital role in helping clients maintain dignity, independence, and comfort in their daily lives. Key Responsibilities: Assist with personal care tasks such as hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting Support meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed Administer or remind clients of medications as per care plan Provide emotional support and companionship Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment Observe and report changes in physical or mental conditions Document services provided and maintain accurate records Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care Requirements: Valid CNA certification or experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and adapt to various client needs A compassionate, patient, and caring attitude Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied hours Basic understanding of medical terms and in-home support best practices Why Partner with Legend DDD Services?
