Description Location: Chatham, Wayne, and Bryan Counties, Georgia Start Date: May 27th, 2026 Job Type: Contract (1099) | Field-Based Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home nursing services across Chatham, Wayne, and Bryan Counties. This is a 1099 independent contractor role requiring strong clinical judgment, excellent time management, and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a home setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-home nursing visits in accordance with individualized care plans Perform medication management, including reconciliation, education, and monitoring for compliance and side effects Complete accurate, timely, and compliant nursing documentation Assess patient conditions and communicate changes promptly to appropriate parties Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and Georgia state regulations Provide patient and caregiver education on disease processes, medications, and care plans Maintain professional communication with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Demonstrate punctuality and reliability for all scheduled visits and assignments Participate in care coordination and follow-up as needed Requirements Qualifications: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred) Current CPR certification (e.g., American Heart Association) Strong knowledge of medication administration and management Excellent documentation and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Required Skills & Competencies: Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Attention to detail and compliance with regulatory standards Professional demeanor and communication skills Time management and ability to meet documentation deadlines Dependability and accountability Compensation: Competitive per-visit and mileage reimbursement Flexible scheduling Work Environment: Field-based role providing care in patient homes Travel required within Chatham, Wayne, and Bryan Counties
