Key Responsibilities: Execute high-quality exterior roofing projects, including installations, replacements, and repairs of residential and/or commercial roofing systems. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a roofer or in a similar roofing role. Strong knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques (shingles, flat roofing, flashing, underlayment, etc.). Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: 3+ years of experience in roofing or exterior construction is required. Basic knowledge of roofing hand tools and power tools (nail guns, cutters, roofing shovels, etc.) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling on rooftops and ladders. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time (bundles of shingles, roofing materials, etc.). Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and at varying roof heights and pitches. Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
