JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking licensed and dedicated 1099 Licensed Professional Counselor Candidates (LPCC) to join our expanding team as 1099 contractors. In this role, you will provide high-quality individual and group therapy, supporting clients through a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to client care, possess excellent clinical skills, and thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Active license - LPCC
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in individual and group therapy, preferably in outpatient settings.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Autonomy & Teamwork: Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to facilitate healing and growth.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other therapists, psychiatrists, and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients, attending case reviews and interdisciplinary meetings as necessary.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training and supervision to stay informed about best practices and advancements in the field of mental health.
  • Crisis Intervention: Provide support during crisis situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning to ensure client wellbeing.
