    Monte Sano Research Corporation (MSRC) is a Huntsville-based Small Business specializing in providing full-spectrum defense system engineering, research, design, development, integration, test, evaluation, and planning services to the U.S. Government.  Our primary focus at MSRC is to provide extraordinary talent to propel the Warfighter, and we seek to hire people who are Elevated (always do the right thing), Exceptional (the very best at what they do), and Enduring (self-disciplined; self-motivated).  MSRC is seeking a (full-time) mid-to-senior level Program Control Analyst to work in our corporate office and perform program and financial support duties. Duties and Responsibilities: * Track available labor, travel, and materials funds on contract. * Development and monitoring of budgets and EACs. * Assist in timely delivery of contract deliverables such as cost reports and technical reports. * Perform project set-up and maintenance in Unanet project accounting system for multiple contract types including T&M, CPFF, and FFP.  * Assist in qualification review to ensure employees are charging to appropriate labor categories. * Monitor progress of program requirements and cost performance to ensure contractual cost obligations are met. * Support monthly invoicing process.  * Identify potential financial challenges to project execution before they become critical. * Provide training to staff on timecard completion and compliance. * Evaluate timecards to ensure employees proper charging. * Liaison between corporate and technical staff. * Create, distribute, and maintain individual work authorizations and budgets for employees. * Assign labor codes in time keeping system. * Book travel for employees on direct projects and assist employees with expense report completion in compliance with contract/corporate guidelines. Education: * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or business-related field.
