We’re seeking a dedicated Home Care Aide to provide exceptional one-on-one care for a client in North County (Carlsbad). You’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment where your client feels valued and understood. 💖 💛 Your Responsibilities Will Include: Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming 🛁 Providing compassionate dementia care with patience and respect 💬 Offering companionship, engagement, and emotional support throughout the day Supporting mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping 🧺🍲 Maintaining a calm and comfortable atmosphere during both day and night shifts 🌙 📅 Schedule: 12-hour day and night shifts available (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) 📍 Location: North County (Carlsbad) – Private Home If you’re passionate about providing thoughtful, high-quality care and making each day brighter for those you serve, we’d love for you to join Cheer Home Care — where kindness and cheer always come first! 🌟 Cell phone with internet access Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to engage with clients in a light-hearted, positive manner Preferred but not required: Certifications such as CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED Cheer Offers: Hourly Rate: $20 to $23, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
