Program dates: 22nd June 2026 – 18th September 2026 You must be available to participate in the program in person, starting from day one and for its full duration and you are required to work from the office 4 days a week. You will join one of the following departments: Fund Accounting is at the core of our asset servicing solutions for our clients allowing State Street to give asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. The Fund Accounting team take responsibility for the accuracy of the NAV (Net Asset Value) per share published to the market place and liaise with other supporting departments to ensure the standards are kept high. Custody is centred around the receipt, delivery, settlement and safekeeping of securities and cash for our clients. Custody Services acts as the central point of contact for all custody-related client inquiries. The State Street Alpha Portfolio Services team is comprised of Front Office Support, Front Office Data Control, Onboarding / Operational Readiness, Portfolio Health, Cash Services, Account Services and Service Delivery Management functions. The teams are based in multiple locations across the UK, US, Poland, China, and India. They are also supported by global counterparts in other regions. Alpha Portfolio Services is developing a skilled team of Alpha professionals capable of both supporting the day to day operations of existing clients and assisting the implementation for new clients.
