SUMMARY

We are looking for a caring, patient, and enthusiastic 1:1 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team. This role involves working closely with a child aged 3–4 years who requires a little extra support to thrive in our nursery environment.

• Provide individualised support to help the child access all areas of learning and play.
• Work in partnership with the room team, SENCO, and parents to meet the child’s needs.
• Follow individual learning plans and adapt activities to support progress.
• Promote independence, social skills, and confidence through positive interactions.
• Maintain accurate observations and records to share with the SENCO and family.
