The Production - 125 Operator sets up print and die cut section. They monitor box quality and complete necessary reports. This is a 1st Shift position.

• Set up print section and die cut section
• Ensure all bolts for cutting dies are in place and tightly secured
• Inspect anilox rolls for damage, before and after each run
• Inspect all dies before and after run to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before the next run
• Monitor box quality, including - loose liner, warp, correct size, print quality, caliper, perform proper box checks according to procedure, etc.
• Train and assist first helper and bundlers with job duties on machine
• Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner
• Switch duties with the First Helper as needed
• Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping
• Cross train on other machines
• Learn relevant local and company requirements, rules and procedures. Strictly follows rules and guidelines and always uses the right procedure for the job. Promptly reports incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions or processes.
