Description
Process, monitor and track manual and electronic orders, troubleshooting operational and systemic issues to ensure timely delivery. Provide proactive solutions and options to customers while maintaining strong relationships through world-class service. Partner with distribution, transportation, forecasting, and planning teams to meet customer expectations for fulfillment and delivery. 4. Returns, Credits & Claims Research and process credits, returns, and freight claims promptly to ensure accurate billing and profitability. 5. Inventory & Shipment Analysis Evaluate inventory availability and inbound shipment timing, making quick decisions to resolve order challenges. 6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Pull data from business intelligence tools to analyze service performance, identify gaps, and present monthly scorecards to leadership. 7. Error Management & Escalation Monitor and resolve service failures (e.g., backorders, cancellations, freight incidents) and escalate systemic issues for improvement. 8. Continuous Improvement & Advocacy Participate in cross-functional projects, stay current on product updates, pricing, and promotions. 9.
