Description

To lead and manage a newly established supported accommodation service for young people aged 16–17 who are transitioning from care or facing homelessness. The Registered Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, emotional wellbeing, and safeguarding in line with Ofsted’s National Standards for Supported Accommodation (2023).
This will be across 2 sites in Lincolnshire (Gainsborough and Grimsby).

Responsibilities
  • Register with Ofsted as the Registered Manager for the supported accommodation service.
  • Provide day-to-day operational leadership of the service, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly review policies and procedures in line with Ofsted standards.
  • Recruit, supervise, and develop a team of support staff, ensuring robust induction, training, supervision, and appraisal systems are in place.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, reflective practice, and young person-centred care.
