POSITION SUMMARY: The Junior Business Systems Analyst supports the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of business systems and processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist in gathering, documentation, and analyzing business requirements and processes. • Support the development and maintenance of system documentation, workflows, and use cases. • Help with data analysis, report generation, and system performance monitoring. • Assist in preparing training materials and user documentation for new systems or enhancements. • Provide user support and troubleshoot basic system or data issues. • Maintain awareness of new technologies and business process trends. • Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: • 2 years of experience in business analysis, systems support, or related IT/business role. • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
