City Watch Protective Services is a Security Guard services company based our of Miami, Florida. We are seeking an energetic and passionate individual to drive our marketing effort, by performing outbound calls, collaborate in a teamwork environment, and help expand our reputable brand. Our ideal candidate carries a positive and friendly approach, has the resilience needed to be performing outbound calls for most of the work day to properties interested in security services, understands the value of teamwork in a collaborative environment, has the ability to be coachable with a willingness to learn, and carries experience in an office, sales, or customer service setting.

• Fluency in English required; ability to speak Spanish is a plus

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED

• High School Diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION PREFERRED

• 2 years of customer service or sales experience is preferred
• Education in Sales or Business preferred
• College degree (Associates) or current enrollment in college program such as business administration, management, communications, or related field is preferred.

• Driving Sales & Marketing efforts
• Perform outbound calling to potential leads
• Qualify prospective clients by carrying consultative sales discussions, regarding the company and services we offer
• Schedule potential clients to meet with leadership, and organize rescheduling calls or meetings. There is an incentive program in place.
• Uphold collaboration in a teamwork environment, by assisting management as needed with recruitment efforts by conducting interviews, and helping with payroll
• Maintain and update CRM system with contacts and potential leads
• Draft emails and correspondences
• Execute email marketing and follow-ups
• Assist with printing, scanning, faxing, and uploading of documents
• Maintain office supplies and office organization
