Specific Requirements: *  Must be legally authorized to work in the United States *  18 years or older *  Pass a background check *  High school degree/GED *  Bilingual is a plus *  Current CPR and First Aid required *  TB /PPD test required *  Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and current insurance *  Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking for periods of time *  Ability to travel within our service areas *  Ability to give and receive information orally, electronically and over the phone  *  Must be able to adequately document care plans in our patient care portal  
Responsibilities
Provide daily living assistance to clients including ambulation, transfers, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. Maintain accurate documentation of care plans in the patient portal while traveling to various service locations.
