Qualitest is seeking a Business Analyst Lead with strong experience in loan origination system (LOS) migrations to join our team immediately. In this fully remote, full-time position, you will play a critical leadership role in a high-impact system migration project — helping a client transition from the legacy Correlation Keystone LOS to a modern LOS platform.
We’re looking for someone who can start right away and hit the ground running with minimal onboarding. This is a hands-on role involving close collaboration with both client and vendor teams, where you will lead the business analysis function from discovery to delivery.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience serving as a Business Analyst on large-scale system migration projects, preferably involving Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
• Strong domain expertise in banking, financial services, or credit union operations, with a solid understanding of industry processes and regulatory considerations
• Demonstrated leadership in implementing and guiding Business Analysis best practices within cross-functional teams and complex project environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hands-on experience with Correlation Keystone LOS or other legacy LOS platforms
• Experience supporting or working within financial institutions or credit unions during system transitions or digital transformation projects
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, with the ability to align diverse teams toward common goals
• Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently to deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
