Description 19th Hole Bartender Men’s Grill – Cordillera Ranch Boerne, Texas A member walks in after his round. He sits in the same chair he always does. You already know his drink. The TV has golf on. Someone’s talking about a hunting trip. A few guys are replaying the round and giving each other a hard time. That’s the Men’s Grill at Cordillera Ranch. We’re looking for the right person to run the 19th hole — someone who enjoys conversation, takes pride in hospitality, and understands that the best bartenders build relationships, not just drinks. This is a daytime and early evening role, not a late-night bar environment. Our members come here to relax after golf, watch the game, and spend time with friends. If you enjoy taking care of people, remembering the details, and becoming part of a club community, this may be the best bartending role in the Hill Country. Requirements What You’ll Do • Run the Men’s Grill / 19th Hole bar with professionalism and pride • Serve classic cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency • Build strong relationships with regular members • Engage naturally in conversation about golf, sports, hunting, and current events • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-run bar • Support occasional tournaments and club events Who This Role Is Perfect For Someone who: • enjoys being around golf and club culture • values relationships and consistency • is personable, grounded, and easy to talk to • takes pride in remembering members’ names and preferences • wants a stable role with daytime hours Private club experience is helpful but not required.
