Responsibilities

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will act as the primary escalation point for the business, providing troubleshooting, system administration, and support across a wide range of technologies and services. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • To provide 1st/2nd line support for incidents and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, Office 365, networking, printers, and hardware.
  • Administer Active Directory, Entra, Group Policy, Exchange, and other core infrastructure services.
  • Support remote users and multiple office locations using remote access tools.
  • Maintain and update documentation for systems, processes, and known issues.
  • Assist with IT projects, including system upgrades, deployments, and migrations.
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors and service providers when required.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.

WHAT ARE THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE?

  • Proven experience in a 2nd line IT support role or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Technologies:
  • Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, Entra.
  • Experience with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems,
