Lapeer Plating & Plastics, Inc. is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our 2nd Shift Plating Inspection and Packing team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing company that values continuous improvement and team collaboration. No Experience Necessary – Comprehensive Training Provided! As a 1st or 2nd Shift Plating Inspection and Packing Team Member, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and proper packaging of high-visibility, chrome-plated automotive components. You’ll be trained to perform detailed inspections and carefully pack finished parts to meet industry standards. ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities: You will perform a range of tasks, including: * Inspection: Carefully examine chrome-plated and plastic automotive components for surface defects and quality standards. * Loading or Unloading: Carefully rack and unrack plastic or plated parts of from or onto plating parts racks * Packing: Accurately pack parts into boxes or containers to prepare for shipment. * Material Handling: Load and unload components efficiently to support workflow. * Lifting: Safely handle and lift packaging weighing up to 60 lbs.
