Requirements Your Qualifications At least 2 years of experience operating and setting up CNC lathes Solid understanding of G-code, tooling, and machining processes Able to read and understand technical drawings and tolerances Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented work habits Experience with iron or steel castings a plus
