The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with a passion for golf and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for players of all ages. This role involves providing instruction, organizing events, and promoting the sport of golf within the community.

SKILLS

• Excellent communication and supervisory skills.
• PGA Member or working towards membership preferred.
• Golf Genius knowledge and experience preferred.

  Pay: $46,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

• Conduct individual and group golf lessons for players of varying skill levels.
• Develop and implement training programs that enhance players’ skills and knowledge of the game.
• Organize and oversee golf tournaments and events to engage members and guests.
• Provide guidance on golf etiquette, rules, and safety measures.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere for all team members.
• Provide excellent customer service in a private club atmosphere.
• Assist in managing the golf facility, ensuring it is well-maintained and welcoming for members and their guests.
