The First Assistant Manager, in the absence of the General Manager, will be responsible for the Location’s customer service, supervision of employees, adherence to store standards, inventory management, merchandising, and maximization of sales and profits. Responsibilities

The 1st Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in directing and coordinating store operations. In the absence of the General Manager, they are responsible for customer service, employee supervision, and inventory management.
