POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a 1st Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key player in running daily store operations and a leader in driving sales, training staff, and creating an exceptional customer experience. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to develop your team, meet performance goals, and maintain a fun and engaging environment that represents the Zumiez lifestyle.

• Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals and KPIs
• Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service
• Daily store operations including opening, closing, and inventory management
• Execute visual merchandising plans and maintain store appearance
• Act as the Manager on Duty and lead the team in the Store Manager’s absence
• Create a culture of accountability, high performance, and positivity
• Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention protocols
