Hofmann Engineering has vacancies available for both day and night shift for qualified 1st Class Machinists/CNC Programmers/Fitters in our workshops at various locations across Australia including Bassendean Western Australia. Attractive remuneration for the right candidate.

• Preferred Qualifications include:
• Experience in large machining, horizontal borers, Gear cutting/ Grinding.
• CNC experience is desirable
• Dogging Ticket (DG)

Skills/Experience:

• Australian Mechanical Trade Certificate
• Must have the ability to read and understand technical engineering drawings
• Be competent in filling in, in-depth assessment and assembly reports
• Capability of reviewing technical problems in detail
• A team approach
• Computer literacy
• Additional qualifications would be highly regarded

This role will also demand flexibility and a “can-do” attitude. Successful applicants will be highly motivated, have good communications skills and keen to work as a flexible team. Additional skills and qualifications will be highly regarded. Training in workplace safety will be an ongoing process.
