This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a passionate team of educators who are committed to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment. The school follows the Jewish calendar and is closed during the summer, providing a structured and balanced schedule. What You’ll Do: Design and maintain a dynamic classroom environment that promotes hands-on learning, self-expression, inclusion, and collaboration. Develop lesson plans that support active and meaningful learning while ensuring a high standard of education. Communicate regularly with parents and school counselors regarding student progress and development. Evaluate student growth and performance, providing constructive feedback and assessments. Foster and reinforce Jewish values such as kindness, respect, compassion, and integrity in daily lessons and interactions. Engage in school activities, including PTA meetings and student clubs, to support the broader school community. What You Bring: Master’s degree in Education or a related field. State certification and/or teaching license in a related field. Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience (preference given to candidates with experience in early childhood or elementary education). Strong ability to create engaging, student-centered lesson plans that encourage critical thinking and creativity.
