Responsibilities

Based in our Farnborough office, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients’ end-users. This is a full-time, office-based role, and because we support IT companies around the clock, you might need to be flexible with working hours.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

  • Tackle incoming queries via phone and email
  • Log, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of IT issues
  • Help users with apps like 365 and G Suite
  • Set up new accounts, reset passwords, and configure devices
  • Work alongside senior engineers on escalated tickets
  • Escalate issues to third parties where needed
