Job Title: 1st Line IT Helpdesk Engineer
Reports to: IT Helpdesk Manager
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Location: Bournemouth

Responsibilities
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all IT support requests, responding promptly to enquiries received via telephone, email, and in-person.
  • Logging all incidents and service requests accurately within the helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Providing technical support for software, hardware, and network issues, escalating com-plex problems when necessary.
  • Sharing responsibilities for administering and provisioning users across various systems, in-cluding Microsoft 365 (e.g., user accounts, mailboxes), and third-party applications like our CRM and phone systems.
  • Provisioning and maintaining IT endpoints such as PCs, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
  • Supporting general office infrastructure, including desk wiring and network connectivity
