IT Support Engineer required experience

· 2 years previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Desktop Support role· Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software· Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow· Knowledge of Windows environments· Strong Microsoft Office support experience· Excellent customer service and communication skills

Desirable Experience· Microsoft 365 Administration· Linux exposure· Microsoft, Cisco or related certifications
