Responsibilities
  • Providing fantastic & efficient technical support to users via phone, email, and remote access
  • Building rapport and positive relationships with our clients
  • Logging, triaging, and working incoming incidents & requests in an ITIL and SLA-based environment
  • Basic troubleshooting skills, utilising our extensive knowledge base, team members, and other resources around you
  • Escalating tickets to the 2nd line team where further expertise is required
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends & technologies
