Join our IT Service Desk now as a 1 st Line Service Desk engineer, where we’ll support you to develop the technical skills needed to resolve a wide range of technology issues encountered by our colleagues across the organisation. Utilising your problem solving skills, you’ll provide an effective customer focussed 1 st line support service across all of our business systems and equipment, from telephony to desktop applications and everything in between! A key part of your role will be logging, updating, progressing and resolving incidents and service requests from colleagues and contractors meeting or exceeding defined targets.

Our ideal candidate? We’re looking for a customer focused and ambitious individual who has a genuine interest in all things Technology – importantly you’re willing to learn! The following skills and experience will also pique our interest:
You’ll hold a qualification / degree in a Computer related subject, OR practical work experience in an IT Helpdesk / 1 st Line IT support role.
Strong problem-solving ability.
Driven towards offering exceptional Customer Service.
Excellent time management, a talent for multi-tasking and prioritising workload.
This is a full time role, working on a rota between the hours of 8am and 5pm, based at our Birmingham, Bath Row office.
