Responsibilities

They are seeking a motivated and customer-focused 1st Line Support Technician to join their growing team. In this role, you will provide front-line IT support across a variety of systems and services, ensuring smooth and effective problem resolution. You’ll be working both onsite and in the field, interacting with clients directly to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st line technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Respond to client requests via phone, email, and onsite visits, ensuring prompt and effective service.
  • Assist in the administration of Office 365, including user setups and permissions.
  • Work within the Microsoft ecosystem to ensure smooth integration and functionality of systems.
  • Collaborate with the wider IT team and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and logs for all support activities.
