POLYWOOD® is looking for a General Laborer to complete each product from start to finish. Whether it’s running a sewing machine, operating specialized equipment, or performing hands-on assembly tasks, your work will contribute directly to creating high-quality products for our customers. What You’ll Do Sling assembly Cushion stuffing using fiber or foam inserts Cushion finishing and closing to ensure a polished final product Cushion scanning and sealing Boxing and palletizing Fabric folding Operating machines for grommets, zippers, buttons, and seat ties -------------------------------------------------- What You Bring Team player who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn Detail-oriented, with strong accuracy and quality focus Adaptable, able to handle changing priorities and environments Proactive, taking initiative to solve problems and improve processes Strong work ethic, committed to producing high-quality work -------------------------------------------------- Bonus Skills While some positions require sewing machine operation, many roles do not require sewing experience.
