POLYWOOD® is looking for a Powder Coat Technician who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment and enjoys work that blends precision coating, equipment operation, and quality focused production. This role is perfect for someone who values consistency, pays close attention to detail, and wants to grow within a fabrication setting that prioritizes safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
