Description 1st Shift and 2nd Shift Machine Operators We are looking for dependable individuals who are safety-conscious, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining quality and production standards. Job Title: 1st Shift Machine Operator Location: La Vista, NE Schedule: Monday–Thursday, with some Fridays or Saturdays as needed Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay: $17.50 per hour Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator Location: La Vista, NE Schedule: Monday–Thursday, with some Fridays or Saturdays as needed Hours: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM Pay: $18.00 per hour Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery Perform routine operational checks Ensure products meet quality standards Assist in maintaining production efficiency Requirements Previous food production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred English communication skills (Spanish is acceptable) Willingness to learn and operate production equipment Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures Reliable attendance and punctuality Basic math and counting skills Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Apply online or in person today!
